We had a fantastic trip to the Ulster museum to further our learning of our topic, Ancient Egypt. We started our day with an art workshop where we looked at the work of Strickland Lowry. We drew self portraits and even got to dress as the children in the painting. We then had a look at the exhibits and got to see the Egyptian mummy, Takabuti. We finished our day with a fantastic Ancient Egypt workshop where we got to see and touch Egyptian artefacts.
